About Cassandra Flora Designs

Everyone had a form of escapism as a child, often using their imagination to cope with difficult situations. For me, growing up with physically and mentally abusive parents, my escape was the world of Harry Potter. In my mind, magic was the only thing that could overpower the strength of an abusive adult. As an adult, I created my own immersive Harry Potter-themed room, allowing me to inhabit that safe space and make room in my mind for healing and processing trauma.
I created Cassandra Flora Designs so I could do the same for you. I specialize in creating personalized, fantasy-themed spaces that cater to your inner child and support your mental health journey. By bringing your safe space to life, I will help you heal from past traumas, break generational patterns, and bring magic back into your life. Your inner child deserves it.

“From the moment you step into one of Cassandra’s transformed spaces, you are immediately taken into a world of magic. Her Harry Potter study is not filled with gimmicks or kitschy knick-knacks, but rather a room that feels like it has been transported right out of the books. From her color palate to her textiles, all the way down to the minute, magical details, one feels as if they are at home in the Highlands of Scotland, perhaps reading up on the wonders of transfiguration while they wait for their semester at Hogwarts to start.”

“Like stepping into the movie!
After seeing the room online, I knew what to expect when going to see it in person. However it still exceeded my expectations with level of creativity, quality work & attention to detail. It felt like we had stepped into a scene from the movie. Many home themed rooms have that DIY or homemade look to them. Not the case with Cassandra’s room. I don’t think the creators at Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter could have done better. And the floating candles are the perfect magical touch. Cassandra's vision truly brought the world of Harry Potter to life. And from the other work I saw on the visit, I don’t think there are any limitations on Cassandra bringing anyone’s idea to life.”
